Star Wars - Episode I
On Friday we had a day off from school. Mum was looking in the newspaper. She was looking in the movie section. Mum asked us if we wanted to see StarWars. I wanted to see the Rugrats Movie, but when Mum said that our cousins would be coming as well, I said yes. Star Wars was really cool. Digby cried a bit when Anikin Skywalker left his mother.
 
 

Visiting my new puppy! On the third of June, I went to see my puppy Ronnie. He was the cutest puppy in the litter and only 10 days old. He was the the second last puppy in the litter and still no-one chose him! He will come home when he is around 8 weeks old. I have a bowl and a collar for Ronnie. Here is a picture of me holding Ronnie and Christopher holding the last puppy left which I would have called Bullfrog (because he is so big and fat!).

 

School Open-Day On the 4th of June, our school had an open day. It was also Cats Care For Kids Day when Geelong Cats players come to visit your school. I had my photo taken with Leigh Brockman, Tristan Lynch, Brad Sholl and Derek Hall. Mr Schultz (my teacher) wanted us to do activities - the one I did was a cartoon of teamwork, which was the main point of the session with the footy players. The players in my cartoon were Biscuit (his real name is Simon Arnott) and Paul Lindsay. In the cartoon, they were talking to each other and saying things like ''Good work, Biscuit.'' and ''Thanks, Paul'' when Biscuit kicked a goal. I gave my picture to them to take home.

Grandma's Birthday
On the11th it was Grandma's birthday. I made a card on my computer. The present my family gave her was a teddy bear. Grandma named him Reggie. His real name is Gregory. He is light brown and very furry. We went there at around 7:30pm and came home around 10:30pm.  During that time I had a sleep on the couch.  Grandma loves Reggie, because she absolutely loves teddy bears.

 
My New Books
After Star Wars, my cousins and Mum, Chris and I went to a bookstore. They were having a sale. I got 3 books for $5.00! That was a bargain. The 3 books that I got were Shiloh Season, Shiloh and Dogsong. Shiloh is a beagle. I started Shiloh Season yesterday - it is good so far. I might take Shiloh Season to school and put it in my reading log. My reading log holds all the books that you have read in a certain time.
 
 

Fishing! A few weekends ago we went down to Queenscliff and did some fishing from the pier. We didn't catch a single fish, but the man next to us (the man in the coat) caught a puffer fish and an Australian Salmon. For dinner we had fish and chips (from a shop!). That was yum. After that, we drove past Wallington where one of my best friends from school lives. Her name is Alexandra.

 

Aeroplane Rides Dad took Ben for a flight in a Cessna aeroplane for his birthday.We flew over Geelong and saw our school and Shell Stadium we flew over my house but I didn't see it.

Laura and I got to go too!

Ben & Laura'S Birthday 

For Ben's 12th birthday, we went to his place for afternoon tea (after the plane ride) and a play.

Here we are, back at the Krastins' for Laura's 11th birthday! We had a great time there. I love to play with Minxy the cat. I can't remember exactly what we did, but it must have been fun.

My Best Friends

I have some great friends at school.  Here I am with Alex and Hannah.

 

Even though Laura is my cousin, she is also my friend. We have great fun together.
